Kamilari is located in the south of Central Crete, in the large municipality of Festos, about 4.0 km from the Lybian Sea in a rural landscape. Olive oil, vegetable cultivation, but also an individual tourism that has grown over decades ensure a good livelihood of the population. The traditional village core has been gradually renovated, therefor it offers a picturesque southern Cretan flair and accommodates a diverse gastronomy and small shops. Even the most beautiful beaches in Europe are not far away and a relaxing day in a tavern by the sea is part of the local lifestyle.

The slightly inclined and well-cut building plot with a magnificent view of the mountains is located on the north coast of Kamilari, not far from the exit to the coastal town of Kalamaki, about 3 km from the sea. The connection is via a cemented village road. A total building of 240m² is allowed, of which up to 60% as ground floor and 40% as upper floor. Having a cellar below the ground floor is also possible. The building can be realized in one or several buildings.
