A traditional stonehouse build in 1936 and renovated in 2002. The house consists of 2 apartments that can be occupied separately or together. You enter the individual residential units via the covered courtyard (17,5m²).

Apartment 1 haus 2 rooms at the ground floor (livingroom/kitchen with 2 single beds, bathroom with bathtub). From here you can reach the upper floor via the wodden staircase. 1 room (bedroom with douple bed). Here is the exit of the roof terrace.

Apartment 2 has 3 rooms at the ground floor (living room/kitchen with 2 single beds, bathroom, room with 2 single beds). from here you can reach the upper floor via the wodden staircase. 1 room (bedroom with douple bed). Here is the exit to the roof terrace. An outside staircase leads to the courtyard.
