KRETAHAUS was founded in 1992 as a construction business and has specialized since then in the development of turnkey individual single and multifamily houses as well as the restoration and restoration of traditional natural stone houses.

In 1998 the field of activity was expanded to include real estate services.

In cooperation with other specialists, we also take over the construction planning, including all Plan details, up to the turnkey building of the houses, as well as the application for the building permit and supervision of the examination by the building authorities.
